Our client is a fast-growing financial solution provider. They are now looking for a Head of Loans to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures - Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Change Management - Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
• Reporting - Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies and quality standards.
• Develop a model with the credit risk team to offer specialized and individual credit risk-based pricing to be competitive in the market
• Develop the strategy for leveraging and developing profitability models that can drive decision-making within UCFS and across our business /product lines

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience within banking and finance industry
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with personal loan products
• Knowledge about credit cards, mortgages and other lending products is a plus
