Our client is a Leading Cinemas Group. They are now looking for an Assistant Manager Strategic Partnership to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities (Max 5 points)
Identifies revenue potential and pricing of Sponsors and creates annual sales plans, back up
plans, targets, process flows and timelines, in line with the suggested project plan and under guidance from the Chief Executive Officer - KSA.
Conducts research on brands that can be prospective sponsors within the brand fit, their annual marketing budgets and motivation to be part of the company Attractions.
Identify staff requirements, lead the sales team, set targets, and ensure compliance with the sales process flows, ensuring teamwork and coordinating all other departments.
Plans what can be offered to the client on each company attractions, script and process flow, creative activities, ideation, conceptualization, etc., by discussing with company’s Operations team and researching the company archives and past activities on other locations.
Identify potential spaces for sub-leasing within our attractions.
The Company sponsorship synergies - Co-ordinate efforts with other departments selling sponsorship and media to look for synergies and to prevent conflict of interest.

Arabic Speakers with Fluent English.
Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.
Ability to provide rational input in negotiations.
Ability to provide coaching, feedback and on the job training when needed.
Qualifications: (Top 3 Points)
Minimum Graduate Degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of previous experience as a Senor Sales Manager in media and entertainment industry focussing on media/sponsorship sales.
Local industry experience is preferred.
Experience in targeted sales and exposure to concept is preferred.
