Senior Procurement/Subcontract Engineer

Our client is an Engineering - Oil and Gas company. They are now looking for a Senior procurement Engineer to join them in Al-Khobar Area.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Complete the formulation and execution of procurement strategy and procurement plan.
• Prepare and issue the RFQ documents.
• Ensure that the bidding documents are received within the required time or extend the bidding time as needed.
• Coordinate responses to supplier clarifications.
• Organize meetings with bidders and other related parties to negotiate with potentially successful bidders to obtain the best cost options.
• Conduct commercial evaluation of bids, prepare bid-winning proposals, letters of intent/purchase orders.
• Update procurement status reports.

• Experience in Oil and Gas Companies.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor degree in any Engineering field.

·        5+ years of experience in procurement.

·        Basic ability requirements: proficient in operating all kinds of conventional office software.

·        Good communication and negotiation skills and execution skills; hard-working, teamwork

spirit, can work overtime at any time.
