Our client is business intelligence Company. They are now looking for an

 Customer service executive

to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for the daily sales of incoming leads for specific products of D&B
  • Managing incoming calls, answering calls professionally, providing information about service offerings and handling inquiries from existing Clients

 

  • Keeping a record with details of inquiries, requests, complaints, comments and following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary action is taken.
  • Referring requests to the concerned people/teams.
  • Building professional relationships with existing customers.
  • Providing accurate and complete information as and when required.
  • Supporting with maintaining and updating the database.
  • Helping with research and generating sales leads

 

 

 

 

Preference

  • 1-3 years of similar experience
  • Proven Sales Track Record
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Customer orientation and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
