Our client is an Information Services  company. They are now looking for a  Customer Success Associate to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities 

▪Responsible for the daily sales of incoming leads for specific products of D&B

▪ Managing incoming calls, answering calls professionally, providing

information about service offerings and handling inquiries from existing

clients.

▪ Keeping a record with details of inquiries, requests, complaints, comments

and following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary action

is taken.

▪ Referring requests to the concerned people/teams.

▪ Building professional relationships with existing customers.

▪ Providing accurate and complete information as and when required.

▪ Supporting with maintaining and updating the database.

▪ Helping with research and generating sales leads

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of similar experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
