Our client is one of the leading companies in the Real Estate industry and They are now looking for General Manager to join their team Jeddah, KSA.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop strategy for the business in line with corporate strategy. Enhance and/or develop, implement strategic decisions, policies and procedures to improve the operation and effectiveness of the organization
Develop yearly budgets & targets with the Senior Management.
Develop sales strategy and programs to ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets
Set KPIs and goals for all team members and do quarterly/yearly performance reviews. Ensure team goals are aligned to the organization goals
Analyze operational activities to determine departments’ progress toward stated goals and objectives
Develop plans, track and ensure high level of customer satisfaction maintained in all areas
Propose pricing and other discount policies, based on sales targets while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new buyer/tenant segments for both residential/retail sales and leasing
Proactively develop strong real estate agent network for sustainable delivery of sales objective
Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans for successful execution
Plan and implement policies for the collections team and develop strategies to drive collections
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of overall experience in business planning and performance management, sales and
marketing preferable in real estate, minimum 5 years of leadership experience in KSA.
Leading and managing real estate sales in KSA would be an added advantage.
Should have strategic aptitude, project management and team management skills
Strong leadership and client-management skills with proven ability to lead people
