Our client is a leading joint-stock company. They are now looking for a Head of Products to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Head of Product Management leads the Product Management team with a focus on enhancing the definition and growth of the product in its market and maintain/ grow profitability of businesses. The Head of Product Management is the primary driver of the company’s vision; overseeing the development and management of the product’s roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision. Extensive interaction is needed across functions like Finance, Risk and Policy, Marketing, IT, Compliance, Operations and HR to meet required business strategy and objectives.
The Head of Product may be required to present findings to Board and to Management Committee as and when needed.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures - Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner; Should be aware of Saudi market from Retail finance perspective and be aware of gaps and associated risk elements; For new products and offering, work across functions to create processes and systems to be followed to ensure desired functioning of the Organization In planned direction; Design and on-board cross functional teams to plan and implement new products In market; Work with Risk and BIU teams to design and monitor policy for new and existing products; Interact with Finance and Operation Teams to design and Implement accounting entries for new products and offering within defined timelines; Perform customer segmentation to arrive at opportunities to Increase business and profit.
Change Management - Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction; Change In processes and products to be made with due consideration to Customer Experience and to Product Profitability; Manage Projects to ensure delivery within set timelines;
Reporting - Assist and guide in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards; Should be able to read and infer trends in the market and act to change direction of business strategy

Qualifications:
Over 10+ years of Retail Asset Banking experience
Should have managed a team of FTEs as a part of job responsibility MBA in Finance/ Marketing
Thorough knowledge of Excel is a must, Knowledge of SQL, Python, R an added advantage
