HR Supervisor/ HRBP

Our client is an Oil and Gas company. They are now looking for an HRBP to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities 

Compliance Management:

• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and Saudization requirements.

• Stay updated on changes to labor laws and regulations and ensure HR practices align with

legal requirements.

Payroll Administration:

• Oversee payroll processes, including timely and accurate processing of employee salaries,

benefits, and deductions.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deductions as per Saudi labor laws.

Saudization:

• Implement and manage Saudization initiatives to meet government-mandated quotas.

• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure compliance with Saudization requirements

in hiring processes.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs across the organization and develop training programs to address

those needs.

• Coordinate and conduct training sessions on topics such as compliance, safety, leadership,

and technical skills.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

Employee Relations:

• Acting as the first point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts, facilitating resolution

in line with company policies and local laws.

• Advise employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

• Address employee grievances and conduct investigations as necessary, ensuring fair and

consistent resolutions.

• Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.

HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.

Qualification & Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related

field. Professional HR Certification (SHRM-CIPD or PHR) is a plus.

Experience:

5-7 years of work experience in a similar role

Training & Knowledge:

1. Proficient in MS Office Applications and ERP.

2. Must have good knowledge of Government requirements and offices (Such as Gosi,

Mudad, Taqat, and Saudi Labour Office)

3. Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.

4. Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
