Our client is into Real Estate industry. They are now looking for Quality Assurance and Quality Control Specialist ( Mechanical Plumbing and Electrical ) to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reports to project quality manager and liaise with the site manager and project

engineers as applicable, ensure all work is inspected and tested in accordance with

specified requirements and that all necessary documentation is completed

satisfactorily.

• Monitor all works in progress and immediately notify the responsible QA/QC

engineer supervisor or foreman of any activity that may not be in accordance with

project specifications

• Carry out all inspections and tests as indicated on the appropriate inspection & test plan (METHOD STATEMENT AND ITP)
• Carry out other duties (construction /supervision tasks) as required by project quality manager. 

Preference:

• QAQC Certification (Preferred)
• Aware of ISO requirements and Audits.
• QAQC: at least 5 years (Required)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in engineering or any related field (Required)
• QAQC Certification (Preferred)
• Aware of ISO requirements and Audits.
