Our client is a Pharmaceutical company. They are now looking for a Receptionist & Facilities Management Coordinator to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure smooth office operations and oversee maintenance, including pest control, plant care, and electrical/plumbing services.
Manage office supplies and stationery inventory, and handle utility bills (electricity, water).
Manage parking facilities and assist with lease agreements. This includes overseeing office rent and parking payments and liaising with landlords regarding any office issues.
Handle all couriers and manage business card issuance
Provide comprehensive receptionist services, including visitor greetings, call management, and query resolution.
Oversee tasks of office boys and other support staff. are met through the application of a highly professional trade approach
