Audit Director

Our client is a Leading Consultation Firm company,

They are looking for a Audit Director to join their team in Al-Ahsa, KSA.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Preparing a plan for the development of the audit sector to enable the increase of its clients and the development of the services provided, within the framework of the company's strategy as a whole, approving it from the top level, and then supervising the implementation of the plan to ensure its success.

2. Review the technical work plans of the audit groups of the sector prepared by the audit managers and discuss them with the managers before being approved by the CEO and the managing partner, as well as propose the rules of classification of customers and operations in each group, follow up on the impact of this on the plan and ensure the requirements of this preparation of an initial assessment of the risks of customers.

3. Supervising important audits (according to the company's standards in estimating the importance of audits), which include:

* Exercise the role entrusted to him in the connection with these operations and estimate fees and hours in accordance with the regulations. And the approved policies governing this and related to customer acceptance and association.

* Approval of the audit plan, which is based on risk assessment.

* Examine and approve the audit program, verify the adequacy and appropriateness of the audit procedures, and amend the necessary procedures in this regard.

* Approving the need for specialists in each process, their necessary specifications and the nature of their specialization.

Preference

• Native Arabic/English Speaker.
• Familiar with the regulations in force in the Kingdom.
• Effective communication, the ability to work under pressure, leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Top 10 Audit firms.
• 18 years of experience as a Director of the Audit Sector in major professional.
• University Degree in Auditing and International Professional Certificate in Auditing (ACCA) - CPA).
• Must have the ability to strategic planning and the ability to manage time, deduction and analysis.
