Our client is a Spectator Sports company. They are now looking for anEvents & Protocols Directorto join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
Leading the development of the strategy and plans of the management of ceremonies and events in line with the strategy and approved objectives
Leading coordination with all relevant organizational units within the committee to identify planned events, conferences and tournaments, their needs, details and dates, and preparing comprehensive work plans to meet the needs of each.
Ensuring the availability of all logistical and administrative needs required for events, including confirming the list of attendees and invitations, ensuring the readiness of facilities and halls before the date of events and occasions, and coordinating with external service providers.
Leading the process of preparing facilities and halls for the events scheduled to be held and ensuring that they meet the necessary requirements.
Ensuring the provision of public relations services efficiently and effectively during tournaments and events, including lists of attendees, reservations, reception, etc.
Leading the necessary arrangements for business trips outside the Kingdom (reservations, visas, reception, farewell, etc.) in coordination with relevant internal and external parties.
Leading the implementation of plans to receive and accompany VIPs and official delegations
Leading the reception of the guests and visitors and coordinating the reception of official delegations in coordination with the relevant organizational units within the Committee and relevant external parties.
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing Events & Protocols Team.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the department.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience (10+ years) in Events & Protocols, with some of that experience in a Saudi Government entity.
Experience in managing teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
