Roles & Responsibilities
Develop a robust strategic framework and process that supports Kaplan Professional Middle East's business objectives and drives market expansion and profitable revenue.
Lead market analysis efforts to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and competitive threats in the professional education sector within the Middle East.
Collaborate with Kaplan's global teams to ensure regional strategies are aligned with the organisation's overall mission and goals.
Spearhead strategic projects, from conception to execution, ensuring they align with organisational priorities and deliver measurable results.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key regional stakeholders, including educational partners, government agencies, and industry leaders.
Monitor the regional professional education landscape to proactively adjust strategies in response to market changes and regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership to the regional strategy, business development and senior leadership stakeholders, fostering an environment of innovation, operational excellence, and accountability.
Communicate strategic insights and progress to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organisation.
Ensure all strategic activities comply with local regulations and Kaplan's ethical standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a leadership role within the education sector or a related industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Middle East market, with expertise in regional business practices and regulatory environments.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Leadership qualities that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the Middle East region.
