Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development:
  Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations based on business requirements.

• Data Analysis:
  Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand reporting needs.

• Data Integration:
  Integrate Tableau with multiple data sources (databases, APIs, and flat files) to ensure seamless reporting.

• Performance Optimization:
  Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and user experience.

• Data Quality:
  Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and timeliness in all reporting solutions.

• Documentation:
  Maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards, data models, and workflows.

• Support and Training:
  Provide user training and support to stakeholders for Tableau usage and insights interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.

• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica).

• Solid understanding of data modeling and database design concepts.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
