Our client, one of the kingdom’s largest global visa processing companies, was looking to bolster senior management capabilities by recruiting a new country head and head of security.

Despite the added complexity of dealing with international hires (the successful candidates being from India and Morocco) we were able to swiftly complete the necessary procedures, including document attestation, certification, and family visa formalities.
Both candidates were brought onboard in less than 15 working days, easily surpassing both previous benchmarks and our client’s expectation, with visa processing completed 30% more quickly than previously.
One of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, operating in the GCC, had engaged three external providers to help them meet their staffing requirements. However, it soon became apparent that the outsourced employees were suffering from delayed payments, which affected both their morale and productivity, and the client company’s reputation. Additionally, incorrect invoices were submitted, resulting in additional resources being required to correct the vendors’ mistakes.

We partnered with the pharma company to define a concise and coherent statement of work, clearly documenting each party’s expectations and responsibilities. We initiated and maintained a rolling KPI management programme for outsourced staff, leading to increased employee satisfaction and productivity, and resources savings for the client. We introduced monthly discussion between staff and their line managers to deliver early identification and rectification of potential issues.
Our input proved to be the catalyst for a significant uplift in staff satisfaction and effectiveness, with a 100% increase in KPI achievement, and a further 100% improvement in inter-departmental communication across the company’s territories.
