A clear strategic thinker, Richard is widely respected for his leadership qualities and for his ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organisation, and for helping to develop and deliver innovative client-focused solutions, driving the company’s ongoing growth.

With 15 years experience, nine of them in the Gulf region, Anil worked with some of the world’s leading staffing and recruitment companies before joining TASC. Anil worked in Account Management and conceptualised and managed our Enterprise Staffing offering, before moving to head up our operations in Saudi Arabia.

Dedicated to growing businesses and delivering results, he currently leads TASC’s group sales operations (including AIQU’s outsourcing division) across the MENA region, manages our service lines in various countries, and is driving new client acquisition in the UAE and wider GCC.
